Tony McClure

Chief Executive Officer

Tony joined Orontide as CEO in June, 2024. He has over 30 years’ of leadership experience in the mining services, oil and gas, construction, maintenance fabrication, and service delivery sectors. He has a proven track record of driving revenue growth, operational excellence, and safety standards achieved during his career with senior roles at Guidera O’Connor, MACA Interquip, Mineral Resources, Compass Group, Matrix Offshore and Engineering, Monadelphous and Chevron Australia.

As a successful senior leader with significant executive general management experience, Tony is known for his motivational leadership and strategic planning skills, excellence in managing large teams and complex businesses and ability to consistently deliver industry-leading results.  Tony holds multiple qualifications, including an Advanced Diploma of Management and certifications in best practice management and financial awareness.

Caitlin Walke

Group HR & HSEQ Manager

Caitlin was appointed Orontide Group HR and HSEQ Manager in 2022. Based in our Head Office in Henderson, Western Australia she is responsible for leading the delivery of strategic and operational Human Resources and Safety performance and initiatives across the Orontide Group.

Joining Orontide in 2011 as a qualified HR professional, Caitlin has gained over 13 years’ experience within the Resources industry and held several leadership positions during this time.  Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Management and Human Resource Management with a minor in Marketing.

Matthew Woodall

Legal Counsel and Company Secretary

Matthew joined Orontide as Legal Counsel and Company Secretary in December, 2020. Matthew’s previous positions include a year as in-house counsel for a technology company as it made the transition from a private company to a publicly listed company. Prior to this, Matthew spent over 7 years working for WA’s largest independent law firm as a corporate/commercial lawyer.

Matthew is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Australia.

Danny Ibraimoski

General Manager – Engineering Services Henderson

Danny was appointed to his current role of General Manager – Engineering Services Henderson in 2023.  Danny is a Certified Welding Inspector with over 25 years’ experience in specialist fabrication services within the resources and mining industries across WA. Commencing in 2016, Danny held various inspection and management roles before being promoted to Operations Manager in 2018.

Danny ‘s lean manufacturing and process improvement knowledge and extensive workshop experience in Management roles provide strong foundations for his role at Orontide.

Fazl Bolar Soharab

General Manager – Industrial Services

Fazl has significant experience in industrial services and engineering maintenance throughout WA and Australia and has had a long and successful career with our business.  Commencing with Orontide in 2011, Fazl worked in various management roles before his appointment as Operations Manager Industrial Services in 2016.  In his current role as General Manager Industrial services, Fazl is responsible for overseeing  all Industrial Services capabilities across the Orontide Group, managing a large team of skilled personnel to deliver both workshop and site based blasting, painting, preservation and engineering services to our clients.  Fazl’s role in the establishment of Orontide’s Commercial Marine and Defence Engineering capabilities and other significant achievements have been instrumental to the division’s success making him an asset to the Orontide business. Fazl’s strong leadership skills drive his team to deliver the best possible work performance to meet safety, quality, scheduling and budget expectations.

Daniel Madaffari

General Manager – Bunbury

Daniel has over 26 years’ experience working in the engineering industry and has had a long and successful history with Orontide. Commencing his career as an apprentice in our Machining Workshop, he has progressed through a number of roles within our South West division before taking on his current role as General Manager in April 2023. Through this experience Daniel has gained a solid understanding of client requirements to ensure Projects are successfully delivered on time for our Minerals Processing, Mining and Oil and Gas Clients. Daniel brings great strength to our business with his ethical and honest approach, extensive technical knowledge, understanding of client and Industry needs, and his close relationship with both workshop and office-based employees.

Stuart Wise

General Manager – Engineering Services Pilbara

Stuart was appointed to his current role of General Manager – Engineering Services Pilbara in 2023.

Stuart joined Orontide in June 2000 as a first class machinist and has grown with the business in various positions, before being appointed Pilbara Operations Manager in November 2018. Stuart has resided in the Pilbara for over 8 years and is responsible for running all facets of our Port Hedland Engineering Services operations. Stuart leads a team of skilled personnel to deliver a wide range of workshop and site based services to our clients in the Pilbara and surrounding areas in North Western Australia.
