We employ apprentices for Mechanical, Fabrication and Painter/Blaster trades.
Our clients work closely with us to provide opportunities for our Apprentices and Trainees to learn practical skills and receive on the job experience right from the start.This generates a positive culture and a can-do attitude.
Currently we have the highest number of surface finishing apprentices in any WA organisation. Co-ordinated through Vocation Education and Training specialists, NAM Training, in conjunction with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI), participants in this intensive training program aim to complete their Certificate III in Engineering Fabrication (Surface Finishing) within 36 to 48 months depending on industry experience.
