Stewart Maddison
Chief Executive Officer

Stewart joined Orontide as CEO in July, 2015. He has over 30 years’ experience working with mining industry service providers within Australia and internationally, including executive level positions held with ASX listed mining and resources companies including HWE and Macmahon. As a successful senior leader with significant executive general management experience, Stewart brings a strong strategic focus, high level problem solving skills and a proven track record in developing and successfully growing businesses to his role. Stewart has an Executive MBA from the University of Western Australia.

Kelly Ye
Group Financial Controller

Commencing with Orontide in 2013, Kelly worked in a management accountant role before her appointment to Group Financial Controller in 2018. Kelly is responsible for the Financial and Information Technology functions within the business. Over the past 15 years, Kelly has held a range of finance positions for ASX listed companies. Kelly holds a Master of Accounting from Monash University and is a CPA Australia.

Adam Clements
General Manager – Henderson & Pilbara

Adam joined Orontide’s Corporate Team in 2015. He has considerable Senior Management experience in Australia and internationally and over 30 years’ experience in the mining and construction industry working primarily for large ASX listed service providers delivering plant and equipment maintenance and management services to internal and external customers.In 2018, Adam was promoted to the role of General Manager – Henderson and Pilbara and is responsible for the successful management of all aspects of these business units.

Roya Emamy
General Counsel and Company Secretary

Roya joined Orontide as General Counsel and Company Secretary in November, 2018. Roya’s previous positions include a period of four years as in-house counsel for an Infrastructure company, where she provided both technical and strategic input across a range of business functions, including procurement, commercial, IT, business development and HSE. Prior to this, Roya spent 8 years working with a variety of clients in the mining and resources sector, local and federal government and Aboriginal clients on a range of land access, regulatory approvals and native title matters. She has represented clients in most WA Courts and the Federal Courts. Roya holds a Bachelor of Laws/Bachelor of Arts from Murdoch University, and Honours in Political Science from UWA.

Amy Helm
Group HR & HSEQ Manager

Amy joined Orontide in 2009 and has over 15 years’ experience in Human Resources across industry including government, mining, resources and defence. In 2018, Amy’s role was broadened to Group HR & HSEQ Manager, covering all Safety, Quality and HR responsibilities within Orontide. Amy has an extensive background in industrial and employee relations, strategy and organisational development, and takes an active and passionate role in workplace diversity and inclusion. Amy holds a Bachelor of Commerce (HR & Management) from Curtin University.

Danny Ibraimoski
Engineering Services Henderson Operations Manager

Danny is a Certified Welding Inspector with over 25 years’ experience in specialist fabrication services within the resources and mining industries across WA. Commencing in 2016, Danny held various inspection and management roles before being promoted to Operations Manager in 2018. Danny ‘s lean manufacturing and process improvement knowledge and extensive workshop experience in Management roles provide strong foundations for his role at Orontide.

Tony Lutzu
Major Projects – Engineering & Design

Tony joined Orontide in 2001 as a Client Services Manager for BHP Billiton Nickel West and Kwinana Nickel Refinery. His ability to build strong relationships with clients and his strength in developing innovative engineering solutions saw him appointed as Operations Manager of Orontide’s Engineering Services division in Henderson in 2004. Tony’s background in mechanical engineering and his years of experience working closely with key industry sectors, particularly Mining and Resources, have provided him with a solid understanding of the sectors we operate in and ensure delivery of the most efficient and innovative solutions to our clients. His strengths lie in development and planning for project execution and plant improvement programs with a focus on maximising client downtime and efficiencies.

Rick McManus
General Manager – Industrial Services

Rick has over 30 years’ experience providing maintenance and preservation services to industry in WA and across Australia.  Commencing with Orontide in 2000, Rick worked in various roles before his appointment as Operations Manager of Orontide’s Industrial Services division in 2010.  In his current role as General Manager, Rick oversees all of Orontide’s Industrial Services capabilities across the Group, managing a large team of skilled personnel to deliver both workshop and site based blasting, painting, preservation and engineering services to our clients. Rick’s strong leadership skills drive his team to deliver the best possible work performance to meet safety, quality, scheduling and budget expectations.

Steve Prentice
General Manager – Bunbury

Steve has over 25 years’ experience in specialised engineering and fabrication services and a long history with Orontide in both technical and management capacities. His depth of expertise and knowledge has seen him successfully managing and delivering projects for clients across major industry sectors including Minerals Processing, Mining and Oil and Gas. Steve’s strengths lie in his focus on understanding client needs, combined with his technical knowledge and industry experience providing a consistent pathway to safety and quality excellence, professional client relations and the achievement of business growth.

Peter Truscott
Operations Manager – Leinster

Peter joined Orontide in 2016 as Operations Manager for the Leinster project.  Peter is a tertiary qualified Mechanical Engineer with over 25 years’ experience working at senior and general management levels within the resource sector in Australia and internationally. Peter has worked for both contract and client companies and brings deep strategic and operational knowledge and extensive experience in project, asset and maintenance management on both fixed and mobile equipment related to underground, surface and processing environments. Peter is adept at leading large multi-disciplined teams and leverages solid business, engineering and financial acumen to deliver on client requirements with a focus on safety, budget and time.

Stuart Wise
Pilbara Operations Manager

Stuart joined Orontide in June 2000 as a first class machinist and has grown with the business in various positions, before being appointed Pilbara Operations Manager in November 2018. Stuart has resided in the Pilbara for over 8 years and is responsible for running all facets of our Port Hedland Engineering Services operations. Stuart leads a team of skilled personnel to deliver a wide range of workshop and site based services to our clients in the Pilbara and surrounding areas in North Western Australia.
