 Apprentices and Trainees

At ORONTIDE we recognize the importance of learning and development; one way in which we foster this environment is through ongoing Apprentice training programs. ORONTIDE employs apprentices throughout Australia for Mechanical and Fabrication trades, and also offer traineeships for Painter/Blaster employees.

Our Apprentices and Trainees learn practical skills and receive hands on experience right from the beginning. This generates a positive culture and a can do attitude. We feel this is the best environment in which apprentices learn and maximize their potential. At ORONTIDE our Apprentices are encouraged to focus on their own development but understand the value of teamwork and learning.
